The Rugby brief
Rugby wanted to consolidate a lot of their content and give their users a web experience that better reflected how they operate. Previously the Rugby Recruitment website wasn't viewable on tablet or mobile devices and it had a number of issues with its job search functionality.
After seeing an extensive demo of our system and how we design all of our sites, Rugby knew that they needed to update their site to bring it more in line with who they are as a business. Which in turn offered a better experience for all of their users
What we did for Rugby
We worked closely with the Rugby Recruitment team from initial design concepts, through to the development of the site and we continue to work with them long after they have gone live. By doing so we are able to offer a flexible solution, ensuring that if there are areas that Rugby need to tweak, we can help them to address and improve them.
Rugby were keen to try and incorporate any modern technologies and features on their new site, so we offered them a range of new functionality. Quick CV uploads and spotlight jobs allowed them to feature specific jobs throughout their site and be constantly visible. On top of this, a flexible mobile website means that users on the go can quickly use all of Rugby's new features without any hassle.
