The challenge
A dated platform, high costs, and support that didn’t show up
CGI’s previous job board was built on Madgex, a platform that serves some of the largest organisations in the sector, but one that had stopped working for CGI. The interface felt outdated, costs were difficult to justify, and when issues arose, support was slow to respond. CGI needed a modern, cost-effective solution with a team that would actually be there when needed.
