About Black Leadership Job Board
Connecting diverse talent with employers who mean it
The Black Leadership Job Board is more than a job board. Built in collaboration with Morgan Hunt and the Black Leadership Group, it exists to tackle the under-representation of Black professionals in leadership roles across the UK. It gives employers who are serious about diversity a dedicated, visible platform to reach thousands of talented Black candidates and gives candidates a space built specifically for them.
The job board is really user friendly for both admin, client and candidate, so as the admin I don’t have to much heavy lifting. Support is always fantastic, always get back to me asap and fix problems very quickly.
I highly rate Strategies and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job board platform – they’re entire team are really personable and a joy to work with.
The challenge
No platform, no presence
The founders had a clear mission and a growing community, but no dedicated space to bring employers and candidates together. They needed a job board built from scratch: one that matched the ambition of the movement, reflected the brand, and was ready to scale from day one.
The solution
Built from the ground up, around a mission
We designed and built the entire job board from scratch — fully branded, purpose-built, and tailored to the unique audience it serves. Candidates can create profiles, upload CVs, set job alerts, and track applications. Employers get streamlined posting tools and access to a talent pool they won’t find anywhere else. The platform launched with partnerships already in place across major Black professional networks across the UK.
The impact
A movement with a home and momentum behind it
Since launch, the Black Leadership Job Board has grown into one of the UK’s most recognised platforms for diverse leadership hiring, with 390,000 candidates, 38,000 monthly website visits, and a social following of over 77,000. Employers including colleges, housing associations, tech companies, and charities are actively posting roles. The platform has given the movement the infrastructure it needed to turn intent into action.
