Every MagiKats centre, wherever it is, delivers individual learning programmes to students from pre-school to GCSE. Coordinating that across a franchise network takes serious software: lesson plans, curriculum materials, individual student programmes and progress tracking, all in one place, all reliable, all the time. Strategies builds that software, hosts it on our own secure UK infrastructure, and manages it day to day, so MagiKats can focus on teaching while we look after the technology underneath.

Software a whole franchise depends on
A franchise network only works if every centre runs to the same standard, and for MagiKats that standard lives in software. Tutors need lesson plans and curriculum materials at their fingertips; every student needs an individual programme with their history of work tracked; and franchisees, many of whom join without a teaching or technical background, need all of it to simply work, without ever thinking about servers, updates or security. That’s a demanding brief: bespoke functionality, rock-solid reliability, and no technical burden passed on to the people using it.

Because we manage it too, updates, performance and security are all handled by the same team that built it, so there’s never a gap between the people who know the software and the people responsible for keeping it running.
