Courtney Smith’s previous site had served them well but was showing its age in both design and function, so we delivered a bright, modern update built around one priority: the CSG team managing everything themselves, no technical expertise required. Jobs, news and events are all updated in-house in minutes, candidates upload CVs and browse construction sales roles across two specialist divisions, and employers register vacancies directly. The refresh reached beyond the website into letterheads and business cards for a consistent brand throughout, with ongoing SEO strengthening their search position ever since.
