Optima Recruitment has been Leatherhead's independent recruitment consultancy since 2007, placing permanent, temporary and contract staff across Surrey. Their new website keeps them exactly where local candidates and employers expect to find them: at the top.

Local rankings protected, whole brand refreshed
Optima’s old site was letting them down on design, functionality and self-management, but one thing absolutely couldn’t change: their hard-won local search rankings. We migrated every link to the new site and structured job categories for ongoing optimisation, so nothing was lost and everything became easier to build on. Around that foundation we designed over 15 pages, each with its own style, refreshed the Optima logo with brand guidelines to match, and extended the new look into interactive documents and a printed brochure. Candidates now search, register and apply for jobs in moments, especially on mobile, where it matters most.
