You can compose an unlimited amount of online questionnaires using your Survey Manager account, defining as many questions as you wish and in whatever style you choose.

Your online questionnaires appear in your own branding with your own logo.

License cost

Survey Manager is sold on a yearly account license basis. You will receive a username and password giving you online access to your account for one year. Remember, there is no limit to the number of surveys you can create OR the number of people you have answer them.

Cost in advance for an annual licence is £1,000 plus VAT payable in advance when your account is set-up.
