About UKWDA
The UK Web Design Association is a not-for-profit organisation. Established in 2001 to encourage and promote industry standards within the British web design and new media sector, UKWDA is the largest internet association in Europe and now has over 10,000 members.

UKWDA members represent the world-class talent, resources and energy encapsulated in the British web design and new media industry. Members include the self-employed working from home through to international companies from many industry sectors, including publishing, marketing, design, e-commerce, television, radio, entertainment and education.
UKWDA Code of Conduct
Members should make every endeavour to ensure that they conduct their business affairs in a professional manner and avoid behaviour that could bring the UK Web Design Association Limited (UKWDA) or its membership into disrepute. Members should conduct their business affairs on sound, ethical principles and make every endeavour to trade fairly and honestly with employees, clients and suppliers.
Members may not under any circumstances purport to represent, speak on behalf of or otherwise act as a representative of the UKWDA.
Members should strive to achieve their professional goals by continuing educational and training, seminars, conventions, etc., and striving for excellence through professional improvement.
Members understand that being a UKWDA member is a privilege and not abiding by this Code of Conduct or the Membership Rules is cause for termination or suspension of membership and all rights to use logos and UKWDA's name cease.
UKWDA members' websites must be family safe websites. No exceptions will be made to this rule under any circumstances.
