Organisation manager
- Search for the multiple contacts stored against an Organisation
- Search for Organisations "owned" by one of the Users in the system e.g. show me John's accounts
- Search against transactions all Users have raised against an Organisation
- Search against any categorise that you have defined within the system e.g. customer, prospect or lead
Sage Integration
Organisation manager can be linked to Sage to enable cCRM users to access account and financial information stored there.
Contact Manager
- Search for contacts by contact, or organisation categories. E.g. give me all of the contacts from "prospects" that are "Jim's contacts" and are in the "widgets business sector".
- Mail or email any list of contacts you devise from your searches
- Categorise your contacts
- Record or read all transactions against a contact.
Transaction Manager
Transactions (emails, meeting notes, letters sent, proposals etc.) can be stored against contacts as required. The "types" of transactions the system can store are managed by the administrator of the system. Transactions are typically composed of the following elements:
- Title, Type and Date
- An action date (a reminder for a future event)
- Multiple reminders for multiple people
- Key points, actions and next steps (free format text)
- Multiple attachments such as Word documnents or PDFs
- To-Do lists
Report Analyser
eCRM contain various transaction reports. The most basic reports query a type of transaction within a date range, e.g. give me a list of all proposals sent to prospects that "Dave owns" in the last month. Reports can be outputted on screen, an Excel file or printed.
The report analyser allows more complex reports. Transactions can be sorted by any of the categories that organisations or contacts are categorised by, e.g. show me all of the transactions that we have done with prospects in the "widgets business sector" in France in the last 2 months.
eCRM also contains a list of user reports displaying a list of your users and the dates they have logged into and used eCRM.
User Manager
eCRM users are allocated permission levels by administrators to define what they can access in the system. For instance, you may only want certain people to be able to do reports or email all your customers.
- Record frequently used user information such as telephine numbers and addresses
- Email, mail and optionally SMS users
- Specific logon screens dependant upon User job-function
- A logging function can record when users log on to the system
