The Strategies Group PLC is an Ofex listed company that floated on 10th June 2002.

The company was originally created as Strategies in 1996 by Neil Colling. After merging with RexOnline PLC in 2001 it was bought back by Neil in June 2002 and floated on the Ofex market to raise working capital and new funds to expand the business. RexOnline has merged with HotRecruit and is called the Hot Group PLC trading on the Aim market.
