Charity Cycle Ride
27-Apr-12
On the 23rd of September a number of friends and I will be cycling a gruelling 115 miles from Doncaster to Northampton in order to raise money for our chosen charity.
The event will be completed over the period of just one day and we are anticipating the journey to take anything between nine and eleven hours.
We are hoping to raise as much money as possible for Lost Chord http://www.lost-chord.org.uk/. Lost Chord is an innovative charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and wellbeing of those suffering with dementia using interactive musical stimuli to increase their general awareness and self esteem. Lost Chord is now a highly successful award-winning charity, operating in more than 110 homes in South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Coventry, London and Cardiff.
